The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of diverse programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and keeping projects moving forward. This individual provides organizational, communication, and operational support that drives efficiency and contributes to the success of both client programs and internal initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Support meeting preparation and facilitation, ensuring agendas are clear, notes are captured, and action items are tracked.
  • Maintain communication flow across teams and stakeholders, coordinating timelines and removing barriers to progress.
  • Review project inputs such as contracts and internal documents, extracting key details to ensure team alignment.
  • Monitor task advancement and schedules, flagging risks or delays early and helping adjust timelines as needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation and provide regular status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements by offering feedback and supporting workflow enhancements.
  • Assist in tracking project revenue against delivery schedules and support client-facing reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, travel, expense tracking, and preparation of resources.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Location & Travel

Hybrid role based in Monroe, NJ. Travel up to 10% for event and video program management.
