Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing, well-funded startup disrupting the orthodontic and clear aligner industry with next-generation aligner technology and a revolutionary digital treatment planning platform. This innovative solution provides orthodontists with an unprecedented level of clinical control and advanced biomechanics that significantly outperform traditional systems currently on the market.

They are seeking a driven, ambitious, and coachable Junior Dental Sales Representative to join as a founding member of the commercial team. This is a true hunter role focused on aggressively building pipeline, acquiring new orthodontic accounts, and driving utilization within high-volume practices.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout the assigned territory
Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dental office staff to drive adoption and utilization

Must be comfortable walking into dental offices, engaging front office staff, and building relationships with providers

Must be highly coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow within a startup environment

Must be comfortable with aggressive growth expectations and performance-driven compensation
