  • Develop scalable AI/ML services using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques and frameworks.
  • Monitor AI systems in production, ensuring reliability and fairness.
  • Document processes, models, and architectures for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration of AI solutions into production systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers).
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with model explainability, bias detection, and ethical AI practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models (MLOps).
