SoftWash Systems - Lily's SoftWash We provide excellent customer service, soft washing, and window cleaning for homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, break down bugs nests and cob webs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitize the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesnt erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.
Job Summary
You lead a crew, providing outstanding service in soft washing home and business exteriors.
Responsibilities
  • Can you provide excellent Customer Service?
  • Can you follow up to make sure that all work areas are ready and all equipment is working properly?
  • Can you follow up to make sure the truck is prepared for the day based on the home type you are cleaning?
  • Can you use the equipment and the truck within company guidelines?
  • Can you protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damage once trained?
  • Can you take quality before and after pictures along with work progress videos?
  • Can you confidently conduct the final walk with the customer and collect payment?
  • Do you always have safety in mind for both you and those around you?
  • Can you follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentrations are used to provide a quality cleaning?
  • Do you take pride in keeping your equipment clean and protected at the end of each day?
