About Alexa MGMT

Alexa MGMT is a Texas-based hospitality management and development company known for crafting one-of-a-kind guest experiences across a collection of boutique hotels, restaurants, and gathering spaces. We partner with visionary owners and teams to bring distinctive properties to life—rooted in community, design, and exceptional service.

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to oversee marketing strategy and execution across all properties within the Alexa MGMT portfolio, ensuring each property’s unique story is told while maintaining brand cohesion and driving performance.


Position Overview

The Director of Marketing  will lead all marketing initiatives across Alexa MGMT’s portfolio of properties, including hotels, restaurants, and new developments. This individual will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, partnerships, and public relations to enhance visibility, strengthen guest loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and brand building across diverse, design-driven destinations.


Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Brand Management

  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans for Alexa MGMT and each property, aligning with company goals and owner objectives.

  • Maintain cohesive brand standards while highlighting each property’s individual identity and target market.

  • Serve as the central marketing liaison between property GMs, F&B leadership, and ownership.

  • Lead marketing initiatives for new property launches, including branding, pre-opening campaigns, and grand openings.

  • Develop and manage structural processes and procedures to improve replication and efficiency across the existing portfolio and into new brands & assets.

  • Collaborates with property leaders on retail production across all properties.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Responsible for all digital marketing channels across the portfolio: websites, email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Responsible for content creation—photo, video, copy, and design—for corporate and property-level use.

  • Collaborate with and oversee external creative partners (photographers, designers, PR, digital agencies) to produce high-impact marketing assets.

  • Optimize online presence across booking channels (OTAs, Google Hotel Ads, etc.) to maximize visibility and conversions.

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Coordinate PR efforts, press releases, and media opportunities for each property.

  • Cultivate influencer, brand, and community partnerships to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Represent Alexa MGMT at industry events, local partnerships, and community activations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics.

  • Analyze trends and adjust strategies to optimize spend and impact.

  • Provide regular marketing updates to leadership and ownership teams.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within hospitality/hotels.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team that reports directly to this position.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing across multiple properties or brands.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation, CMS tools).

  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.

  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative budgets.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences.
