What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
  • Maintain accurate delivery and work records
  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations and company policies

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Demonstrated reliability and teamwork

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
