The primary responsibility of a Sales Representative is selling United products to customers in order to maintain and grow United's market share. A Sales Representative is knowledgeable about United's portfolio and educates the customer while selling United products. The Sales Representative manages marketing within accounts and uses United systems to bill orders, look at sales numbers, and track progress towards goals. This position is perfect for a self-motivated, competitive individual who thrives in situations requiring a high level of collaboration, organization, interpersonal skills, and creativity.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Ability to secure and maintain a State Alcohol Sales Permit in accordance with state laws
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state
  • State minimum auto-liability insurance
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Ability to maintain these minimum administrative driving requirements throughout employment

Responsibilities:
  • Actively sell United's products to maintain and increase United's market share
  • Learn and maintain superior knowledge of United's product portfolio
  • Introduce new items and sell in programs with the purpose of increased product knowledge for customers and consumers alike
  • Use United's systems daily to accurately bill orders, run sales reports, track goal progress, etc.
  • Break down newest order delivered, stock Grocery shelves, build displays utilizing thematic point of sale, and place back stock in the proper location while ensuring all products are rotated by sell first coding
  • Build collaboration with suppliers, customers, United sales teams, and United delivery associates
  • Complete supplier ride-along, when required
  • Manage marketing within accounts including dynamic point of sale material, displays, and brand development promotions when applicable
  • Identify cross-merchandising opportunities for unique products that create consumer and retailer excitement
  • Drive to all call points
