Job description

PeaceHealth University District is seeking a full-time General Otolaryngologist to join a collaborative and well-established team at their ENT practice in Eugene, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to practice full spectrum ENT care—from bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical care—in a supportive and dynamic environment. The team currently includes 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists, providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population.

This is a busy established practice at a large non-profit multispecialty group with a large catchment area of 500,000 people including Eugene, the Oregon coast and southern Oregon. PeaceHealth RiverBend is the local modern hospital, which is a tertiary referral center and 389 bed Level II Trauma center with a full spectrum of surgical specialties.

Position Details:

  • Full-time outpatient role

  • Full spectrum ENT care

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is $495,227 per year

  • First year salary guarantee followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures

  • Comprehensive benefits plan with medical/dental/vision and retirement accounts

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be an MD or DO

  • ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. ENT Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian ENT Residency completed

  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in state of Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license)

  • Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required
