Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ข Recruit, train, and supervise employees, including delivering performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Schedule staff, maintain open communication, and ensure the team has the tools and training they need to reach the storeโ€™s target goals.
โ€ข Ensure customer service excellence and a welcoming shopping environment. Effectively resolve customer complaints.
โ€ข Oversee operations and inventory management, store appearance, and merchandise pricing.
โ€ข Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and addressing hazards.
โ€ข Optimize sales revenue through effective product rotation, display strategies, and constant improvement.
โ€ข Comply with company policies in controlling expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.

Job Requirements
โ€ข 21 years of age or older.
โ€ข Eligible to work in the United States (must provide required documentation).
โ€ข Able to speak, read, and write in English.
โ€ข Pass a criminal background check (some records are acceptable).
โ€ข Pass a drug screening for all federally controlled substances, including cannabis (THC).
โ€ข Possess reliable personal transportation.
โ€ข Skills in math to accurately count cash.

Experience
โ€ข Minimum five years of experience in retail management or equivalent.
โ€ข Preference for experience with profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.

Education
โ€ข High school diploma or GED.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
โ€ข Oregon driverโ€™s license and insurable driving record.
โ€ข CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to become certified within 30 days.

Physical Demands of Work
โ€ข Occasionally lift 10-35 pounds and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
โ€ข Speak and hear.
โ€ข See things close and in color, adjust focus, with peripheral vision and depth perception.
โ€ข Use hands to feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
โ€ข Use telephone, cash register, handheld pricing/tagging machine, paper, pens, and other office and retail equipment.
โ€ข Ability to perform the essential duties of the positions, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Work Environment
โ€ข Indoor and outdoor at warehouse, store sales floor, office, production area, and grounds.
โ€ข Potential exposure to dust or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.
โ€ข Fluctuating temperatures based on work location.

โ€ข Hectic and fast-paced, with frequently short deadlines.

Work Hours
In addition to weekdays, must have availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
