Direct installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of seal table systems while ensuring personnel safety, contamination control, schedule adherence, and compliance with plant procedures and nuclear quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seal table installation, leak testing, operation, monitoring, and removal during reactor refueling outages.
- Supervise Framatome technicians and craft personnel assigned to seal table activities across multiple shifts.
- Plan daily work assignments and coordinated resources to support outage milestones and refueling schedules.
- Serve as the primary interface between plant Operations, Refueling, Radiation Protection, Maintenance, and Engineering organizations for seal table activities.
- Monitor seal integrity, water levels, and equipment performance to ensure safe reactor cavity operations.
