Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing surgical team and help meet a significant community need in California's Central Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to build a comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgery practice within a mission-driven healthcare system while working alongside two established Breast Surgeons and partnering with the AIS Cancer Center to expand access to reconstructive services for cancer patients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in providing a broad range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. This opportunity offers the ability to develop a thriving practice with strong referral support while becoming an integral part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Opportunity Highlights

·      Full-time Plastic Surgery opportunity

·      Build and grow a comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgery practice

·      Opportunity to perform a broad range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures

·      Work closely with two established Breast Surgeons serving a growing patient population throughout Kern County

·      Play an integral role in the development and growth of breast reconstruction services

·      Collaborate with the AIS Cancer Center, a regionally distinguished cancer program featuring CoC accreditation, an NAPBC-accredited Breast Center, and ACR-accredited imaging services

  • American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) Board Certified or Board Eligible
