Job Summary:
The Plane Train Cleaner Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the airport plane train cleaning team. This position ensures train cars, stations, platforms, and employee areas are cleaned and maintained to airport standards while supervising staff, assigning duties, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting quality and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plane train cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
  • Assign daily work schedules and monitor employee attendance and productivity.
  • Inspect train cars, stations, platforms, restrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with airport security requirements and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replacements as needed.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations and customer service requests.
  • Complete shift reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Address employee performance issues and provide coaching and support.
  • Communicate with airport management and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
