What is an airport associate?

Airport Associates are professionals responsible for assisting passengers and supporting various airport operations. Their duties often include helping travelers with check-in, providing information, handling baggage, ensuring security procedures are followed, and coordinating with airline staff. Airport Associates may also help with boarding processes and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.

What are some common challenges faced by airport associates during peak travel seasons?

During peak travel seasons, Airport Associates often experience increased passenger volumes, tighter schedules, and a higher frequency of unexpected issues such as flight delays or baggage mishandling.
