Job description

Senior Product Manager, Flights Inventory

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Flights Inventory and Connectivity stack. You will lead the development of our flight supply platform, focusing on robust connectivity with airlines and travel partners. This is a technical-mandate role: you will drive our strategy for flight search capabilities, L2B management, and the underlying pricing engine. You will own the roadmap for how we source and price inventory, and optimize revenue through intelligent provider routing and supply sourcing.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, customer service and commercial strategy. You will partner closely with airline partnerships and commercial teams to ensure our supply platform unlocks the best inventory and drives favorable economics. We are building in an AI-first environment, and we expect this person to be a hands-on practitioner who actively uses AI tools to prototype, validate, and accelerate product development.

What You'll Do

  • Connectivity & Availability: Own the product strategy for end-to-end flight connectivity, ensuring high availability, low latency, and comprehensive coverage across our global airline and supply partners.

  • L2B & Pricing Engine: Drive the roadmap for our flight search capabilities, Look-to-Book management, and pricing engine logic to maximize conversion and margin.

  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute sourcing and revenue optimization strategies through intelligent provider routing, NDC integration, and supply chain efficiency.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track critical operational and business KPIs, including price competitiveness, availability, L2B, and system latency.

  • AI-Agent Development: Work within and help shape our AI agent environment-leveraging autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive product and operational tasks, and augment decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and airline partnerships to ship high-impact features on a predictable cadence, translating ambiguous technical and business problems into clear product requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Delivers Business Results. Focuses on the key inputs for the business and delivers them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Comfortable tracking and supporting a P&L and making tradeoffs that optimize for long-term value.

  • Problem Solving. Drives toward solutions in a thoughtful and creative manner. Can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and find the path forward.

  • Technical Acumen. Understands modern tech platforms and is credible with engineering partners. Able to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate technical tradeoffs.

  • AI Fluency & Hands-On Prototyping. Has direct, hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools-specifically Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms (e.g., Stitch by Google)-to rapidly prototype and validate product ideas. Comfortable working in an AI agent environment where autonomous workflows are part of the product development toolkit.

  • Commercial Sense. Goes beyond feature delivery to understand the economics behind the work. Able to think about fare strategy, how inventory is sourced and presented, and the relationship between customer experience and business value.

  • Dealing with Ambiguity. Thrives with limited information. Takes initiative, frames problems with available context, and iterates toward clarity.

  • Customer First. Deeply understands what travelers need when searching for and booking flights-from cognitive load in search results to confidence at the point of purchase. Shows passion and care for the work and the people involved.

  • Teamwork. Excellent collaborator across product, engineering, design, and commercial teams. Puts the team before the individual and operates with a community mindset.

  • Simplicity. Finds elegant, simple solutions to complex business and organizational challenges. Resists over-engineering.

  • Communication. Clearly articulates priorities, strategies, and tradeoffs to key stakeholders-concise, direct, and actionable.
