Job description

Are you looking for a fast-paced, exciting position that includes travel benefits? Mesa Airlines is hiring Crew Schedulers! Crew scheduling involves carrying out various technical scheduling functions and activities, stationing personnel related to crew and flight schedules, and maintaining necessary communication with all crewmembers.
What you'll do
  • Oversee and process schedule adjustments within duty limitations for pilots and flight attendants
  • Ensure effective crewmember placement for all flights while maintaining an internal customer experience with crewmembers.
  • Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during irregular operations
  • Manage schedule modifications using software platforms, including Sabre Crew Class, Sabre Crew Trac, and Sabre Crew Qualifier.
  • Work together with other departments within the Crew Resource Team for the safe and efficient operation of crewmembers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Any additional tasks designated by the management team

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED required*
  • Associates Degree or four years of operational experience preferred*
