What You'll Do
  • Provide daily, hands-on leadership to the operations team, ensuring safe, on-time, and efficient service.
  • Partner with the Station Leader to manage staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, fleet readiness, and daily dispatch operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate drivers and dispatchers to deliver exceptional "Raving Fan" service to our airline clients.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational performance, budgets, and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development to build and maintain a strong team.
  • Ensure company policies and expectations related to safety, attendance, performance, and communication are consistently followed.
  • Manage and track vehicle maintenance, inspections, and required compliance documentation.
  • Assist with resolving day-to-day operational challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  • Be willing to step in and support the operation wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of management or leadership experience; transportation, logistics, hospitality, or similar operations experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, priorities, projects, and multiple operational demands.
  • Passion for exceeding client expectations and addressing customer needs.
  • Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Open availability is required. SkyHop Global operates 24/7/365.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as operational needs require.
