PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a FAA Assembly Mechanic to join our team supporting aircraft wheel  and brake systems in an FAA-regulated environment. This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience, receive on-the-job training, and grow within a dynamic industry.
What You’ll Do:
  • Tear down, inspect, repair, and overhaul aircraft wheels and brakes.
  • Identify worn or defective parts and recommend replacements.
  • Operate hand tools and powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and FAA-compliant procedures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to a supervisor or manager.

 What You Bring:Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of mechanical experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
  • Willingness to undergo hearing and baseline testing.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in environments with physical risks.
  • Steel toe or composite safety shoes (all other PPE provided).
Preferred:
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or military mechanical roles.
  • Apprenticeship or formal training in a mechanical specialty.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
  • Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
    • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
    • $1,000 at 60 days
    • $1,000 at 90 days

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
