Job Description
Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Systems Installer candidates for one of its clients in Mobile, Alabama. Our client is a recognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organization supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, line maintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.
Position Title: Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Systems Installer
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Job Overview: We are hiring an Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Systems Installer to support aircraft assembly, mechanical installation, inspections, repairs, modifications, and system functional checks within an aircraft manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, technical documentation understanding, and strong commitment to aircraft safety, quality, and airworthiness.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, secure, inspect, and verify aircraft mechanical components and systems.
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, rework, and modifications in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures.
  • Support aircraft system installation areas such as hydraulic lines, flight control surfaces, structural/mechanical assemblies, fairings, and related systems.
  • Read and interpret drawings, work orders, task cards, engineering instructions, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform system function checks, bonding checks, and quality verification as required by work instructions.
  • Record completed work and discrepancies accurately in approved systems/logs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

Requirements:
  • Aircraft mechanical, assembly, maintenance, or systems installation experience preferred.
  • A&P license preferred for maintenance-focused roles; may be required depending on specific client assignment.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, technical instructions, and work orders in English.
  • Experience with torque tools, hand tools, measuring tools, and aircraft production/maintenance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, overtime, weekends, and production schedules as required.
  • A220/A320 family or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
