Job description

Job Purpose

This role supports Honda Aircraft Company’s international sales activities by executing sales strategies, managing ASR/dealer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion in assigned regions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support execution of international sales plans for assigned regions, aligning with overall business objectives and targets
  • Manage communication and relationships with international distributors (ASR/Dealers) to support sales pipeline development and deal execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support regional strategy development
  • Support and participate in customer engagements, demo tours, and industry events (airshows, trade shows)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations, aftersales) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility to support management decision-making
  • Provide operational and administrative support for international sales activities
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Minimum Educational Qualifications: 
    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, CS, or related functions
    • Experience working with external entities
    • Exposure to distributor/dealer management or partner coordination preferred
  • Other Job-Specific Skills
    • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Aviation industry knowledge preferred but not required
    • Foreign language proficiency a plus
Decisions Expected
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate sales and marketing execution
  • Escalate risks and issues related to deals, customers, or partners
  • Support the senior leadership team on interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Daily/ Weekly Phone call schedule with various time zones (from USA west coast time zone to Japan time zone)
  • International travels to ASR/ Dealer offices
  • Participation in airshows, demo tours, and customer engagements
