Kalitta Turbines is a certified FAA Repair Station and has been in the business of maintaining, servicing, and repairing TFE731 and CF34-3 engines since 1986. With an extensive inventory and expertise in turbine engines, Kalitta Turbines has the unique ability to provide critical parts and services to keep aircraft operational at all times. This strategic integration allows us to offer on-demand, as-needed, and scheduled turbine maintenance and support, ensuring the reliable operation of essential aircraft. Functions/Responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task, respect / maintain confidentiality, be service oriented, be trustworthy / ethical, and be sensitive/respectful of diverse populations/cultures. Must work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude.

  • Disassemble, inspect, assemble engines I.A.W. Manufacturers Manuals.
  • Perform engine removals and installations on-wing.
  • Be proficient in reading OEM Manuals and precision measuring tools.
  • Perform repair processes to engine components.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Aircraft Engine experience preferred.
  • Experience with CF34 and TFE-731 Engines preferred
  • Airframe & Powerplant License Required

Education:

  • High School Graduate or GED

Work Environment & Culture Skills:

  • Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check
  • Understand, read and write English
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized and able to manage and be managed
  • Ability to multi-task, respect, and maintain confidentiality
  • Service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude
