  • Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and oversee our plumbing division. In this role, you'll manage a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and people-oriented, with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily operations of the plumbing team, including scheduling, dispatching, and job completion.
    • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve field issues.
    • Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control.
    • Review project estimates, approve invoices, and manage departmental budgets.
