Mandatory Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential home cleaning, housekeeping services in luxury hotels/hospitality settings, or property preparation services for vacation rentals.

Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of servicing multiple properties across different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is fundamental to ensuring punctual and efficient travel between assignments.

5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards in every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skills—including the ability to respond and coordinate promptly via smartphone—are required for schedule management and resolving issues at the worksite.

Availability to work on weekends.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).

Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours.
