Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join the team in Weston, WI. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is confident working independently in the field and has strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools and gauges.


Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Use HVAC gauges, meters, and testing equipment to accurately identify system issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on HVAC equipment
  • Respond to service calls within a 60-mile local radius
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain assigned company service vehicle and equipment

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience
  • Strong ability to diagnose HVAC systems using gauges and testing devices
  • Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently in a field service environment
