Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic apprentice passionate about precision, enjoy solving technical challenges, and take pride in delivering top-quality HVAC solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

If you're a Refrigeration Mechanic who wants stability, growth, and the chance to work on complex, meaningful systems not just basic service calls, this is the role you've been waiting for.


What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components
  • Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision
  • Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and compressor documentation
  • Perform QC checks before units move to testing
  • Support start-up and commissioning of ICE equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns
  • Participate in R&D and continuous improvement projects
  • Travel occasionally for testing or warranty work


What You Bring

  • Red Seal or 1st Year Apprentice (asset - we will train)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with electrical/A/C systems
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
  • Willingness to work overtime or travel when needed
  • Electrical or automation experience is an asset
