Job description

As our new Air Quality Consultant you will be part of the Air & Climate Group, which is part of Rambollโ€™s Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Rambollโ€™s clients with their most challenging problems. The Air & Climate Group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, climateaction planning,climateadaptation/resiliency,sustainability initiatives,permitting, and compliance.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sources
  • Conducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersion
  • Performing statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality data
  • Analyzing pollution control measures
  • Conducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysis
  • Preparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reports
  • Conducting air quality and greenhouse gas analyses under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
  • Working as a team to contribute technical skills on complex projects
  • Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations
