Position Overview We are seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our team at Kirtland Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance within an Air Force environment, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Location: Kirtland AFB, NM, 87417 Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate physical and virtual meetings, ensuring all logistics and communications are handled effectively. Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members. Support daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems. Collaborate with Air Force personnel and adhere to military protocols and procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support roles. Strong ability to schedule and manage both physical and virtual meetings. Familiarity with the Air Force environment and military office protocols. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
