Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Insulation Crew Chief to join our team. As a Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in improving energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the job materials and crew, being the lead onsite, communicating with the customer, and managing the job through completion.  Communication will be key as there needs to be coordination with the sales manager, operations and materials, crew and homeowner.  The jobs all vary but include the installation and removal of various types of insulation materials, as well as performing tasks such as radiant barrier installation, rodent proofing, air sealing, replacing, and cutting in new air ducts, installing attic fans (low voltage), and cleaning air ducts. Opportunity for higher pay and advancement as skills advance. There is also opportunity for sales and commissions. Experience managing a crew in the construction field required and experience with insulation a definite plus.   Weekly and monthly bonuses. Work can start immediately.
