Program Management Analyst Location: Hybrid to Robins Air Force Base (Warner Robins, GA), Tinker Air Force Base (Oklahoma City, OK), Hill Air Force Base (Ogden, UT), or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, OH). We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Management Analyst to support client modernization initiatives leveraging ServiceNow. This position serves as a key coordinator across program teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful deployment and integration of mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities * Support program execution for multiple modernization initiatives
* Solicit requirements and translate them to technical execution
* Trach project scheduled, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
* Coordinate activities among government stakeholders, technical teams, and end users
* Facilitate meetings, working groups and stakeholder engagements
* Assist in user onboarding efforts and operational transition activities
* Support data governance initiatives and cross-system integration efforts
* Develop executive level briefings, reports, and program documentation
* Ensure alignment of project activities with strategic program objectives and Lines of Effort (LOEs) Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and collaborator with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, collect and translate requirements, and a track record of driving projects forward in complex government or technical environments. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of program management, project coordination, business operations, or related experience
* Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
* Experience collecting, managing, and prioritizing user requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders and teams
* Ability to support multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
* Must have or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
* Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background screen Preferred Qualifications * Active Secret clearance or higher
* Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or federal government programs
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
* Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, or modernization programs
