Job description

Position Summary

The HVAC Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC systems across multiple company facilities. This role supervises HVAC technicians, coordinates daily work activities, and supports preventative maintenance programs.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs) and related building systems.
  • Supervise and support HVAC technicians by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
  • Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and materials to support timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
  • Three (3) years of commercial HVAC experience required.
  • Experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs) required.
  • One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with dust collection systems preferred.

Physical Requirements
