Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical expertise on HVAC service maintenance contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. You will work closely with the engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to assess project requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, estimates, and quotations.
  • Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customized HVAC solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, codes, and competitors.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role.
