What are Air Diving Supervisors?

Air Diving Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing diving operations that use surface-supplied air rather than mixed gases or scuba. Their duties include ensuring the safety of divers, coordinating dive plans, managing emergency procedures, and complying with relevant regulations. They supervise the diving team, monitor communications, and make critical decisions to maintain operational safety and efficiency. Air Diving Supervisors are typically experienced divers themselves and must hold certification to supervise air diving activities.
