Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Full-Time with Emergency Response Availability
Summary:
The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment supporting environmentally controlled archival facilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years commercial HVAC experience.
  • Knowledge of chilled water and air distribution systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Duties:
  • Maintain HVAC equipment and controls.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Repair air handling units and associated equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment failures.
  • Monitor system performance.
  • Maintain maintenance records.
