THE DAY TO DAY

Diagnose fast & accurate to pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan

Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time

Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs

Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving

Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts to keep approvals

clear and parts moving

Document findings and recommendations clearly with

pro-level notes, no surprises, no confusion

Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road-ready

THE RIGHT FIT

Audi Certified Technician preferred

Volkswagen or Porsche dealership experience highly valued

ASE certifications are a plus

State inspection/emissions licenses (if applicable)

Hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning

Technical certifications and/or formal training

Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix

Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation

Quality-focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners

Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
