Job description

Join our team as an HVAC Technician! We’re looking for a skilled, customer focused professional to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in homes and small commercial settings. If you take pride in quality work and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.

Compensation

This position is piece rate, meaning pay is based on the specific tasks, services, or jobs completed rather than hourly wages. Earnings vary depending on workload, efficiency, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect and diagnose furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance: clean coils, replace filters, lubricate parts, and check electrical components
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
  • Replace components such as motors, capacitors, fans, thermostats, and valves
  • Handle and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
  • Document all work in ServiceTitan, including photos and service notes
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
