Position Summary: HVAC Service Technician

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential & light-commercial)
  • Sell repairs, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions
  • Recommend Cool Club Memberships to customers
  • Document work with photos and notes in digital forms
  • Set turnover leads for aged systems or high-repair cost calls
  • Represent the brand professionally with clean, safe practices and a great attitude
