About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You'll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes
  • Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
  • Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home
  • Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions
  • Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
