Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in installing air conditioning systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
Duties:
  • Must be able to crawl on hands and knees (crawl spaces / attics) and work in high heat areas (attics).
  • The Lead Installer is responsible for all components of heating and air conditioning installation in both residential and light commercial applications.
  • Must have proficient knowledge in installation in Split Systems, Package Units, Furnaces and Mini Splits.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:
  • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of air conditioning principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues in the field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Able to pass background test.
