PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Remote or On-site (Hybrid) in Bethpage, NY, or Plano, TX.
A Project Manager drives tech projects (like network upgrades, software deployment, AIOps) from start to finish, acting as a liaison between tech teams and business stakeholders, managing scope, budget, and timelines, using Agile/Scrum, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth delivery for services, focusing on innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced telecom environment. This role is expected to leverage AI and automation tools to improve project execution, reporting efficiency, and delivery predictability.
Core Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage end-to-end delivery of technical solutions (network, software, platforms). Use AI-assisted tools to support project planning, scheduling, risk management, and milestone development. Leverage automation tools to maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business teams for alignment and communication.
• Agile/Scrum Mastery: Facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement in development lifecycles.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, report on progress, and present solutions/findings to leadership, utilizing AI-assisted tools to generate reports, summaries, and insights.
• Financial & Milestone Management: Provide clear, concise project status updates to stakeholders, utilizing AI-assisted tools to generate reports, summaries, and insights
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project roadblocks and bottlenecks.
• Technology Focus: Manage projects involving broadband devices (DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi), AI/ML, automation, or sales support initiatives, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• AI-enabled Delivery & Execution: Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, status updates, and documentation. Utilize automation to streamline project workflows and reduce manual effort. Apply AI-assisted analysis to improve risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent
• Minimum three as a Project Manager on cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps and stakeholders
• Minimum five years managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, Saas, or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or SCPO with at least two years active facilitation
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a track record of managing cross-functional projects (Engineering, Product, DevOps) involving five or more concurrent workstreams
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects
• Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members
• Holding regular technical team meetings to address project-related questions or challenges
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for project planning, reporting, and delivery tracking
• Familiarity with automation tools and Agile tool integrations (i.e. Jira automation)
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve delivery outcomes
