Aim Higher ABA is a growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This RBT role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company.

RBT Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings

  • Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
