Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.
  • Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring timely documentation of progress, including treatment plan reviews, and case notes that comply with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to client concerns while collaborating with a diverse team to fill gaps in mental health care services.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques as necessary to help clients achieve their objectives and exceed their therapeutic goals.
  • Work closely with case managers, families, educational staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain a meticulous record of individual sessions, submitted per company guidelines, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each facing unique challenges. Your role will involve understanding various cultural backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring that every client feels accepted and valued. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in mental health documentation, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and clinical notes, is requisite.
  • Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for clients.
