As a Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and analytics.
  • Advise clients on finance operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation across finance and global business services functions.
  • Drive the design and implementation of data, reporting, and performance management solutions that improve decision-making and business insight.
  • Manage client relationships, project workstreams, deliverable quality, and engagement economics across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM
  • 6+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client engagements
  • 6+ years of experience with finance transformation, business finance, financial planning and analysis, or enterprise performance management
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, Master of Accounting, or Master of Science
  • Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Project Management Professional certification
  • 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled finance use cases, predictive forecasting, or driver-based planning
  • 3+ years of experience with finance operating model design or global business services transformation
  • 2+ years of experience with proposal support or business development activities
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ professionals
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
