In the AI Solution Architect position, you'll design and deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions that solve complex customer and business problems. You'll act as a technical leader, connecting engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to accelerate innovation and value delivery. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, customer collaboration, and architectural leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with demonstrated success delivering customer-facing solutions.
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data systems, and system integration.
  • Proven experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs (e.g., performance, scalability, cost, cloud vs. on-prem).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and iterative product development.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Items of Interest:
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art AI frameworks and LLMs, such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Exposure to MLOps, AIOps, or responsible AI frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%.
