This role designs and implements machine learning models within the Data Integration Platform (DIP) to enable anomaly detection, root cause analysis, service health prediction, and automated decision support across Air Force digital environments. The SME will work closely with data engineers, analysts, platform architects, cybersecurity teams, and IT operators to operationalize AI-driven insights for proactive enterprise IT management. Responsibilities: * Design and deploy ML models for UXM use cases (anomaly detection, performance forecasting, experience scoring, root cause analysis)
* Develop feature engineering pipelines from logs, metrics, traces, and endpoint telemetry
