What is an AI program?

AI programs are software applications designed to simulate human intelligence processes such as learning, reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making. They use algorithms, data, and computational power to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, including language understanding, image recognition, and decision automation. AI programs can be found in various industries, powering technologies like virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and automated customer service. Their capabilities are continually evolving as advancements in machine learning and data processing occur.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an AI program manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an AI Program Manager, you need a solid background in computer science, project management, and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, often supported by a relevant degree and certifications like PMP or Agile.
