Job description


SAIC is seeking a highly qualified TS/SCI Cleared Program Manager (PM) to provide management, direction, administration, and leadership for the execution of a critical Task Order (TO) supporting the SOF Enterprise Digital Talent Program (SEDTP). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment and execution of services across the SOCOM Enterprise, with a focus on quality assurance, personnel management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Work is performed on site in: Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a comprehensive understanding of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise, a corporate team player, and an expert in managing personnel across diverse commands and overseas locations.
The Program Manager will be responsible for:
  • Providing overall management, leadership, and direction for the execution of the Task Order.
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to meet performance metrics as outlined in the contract.
  • Leading personnel placement efforts in both CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and processes.
  • Collaborating with USSOCOM leaders to ensure alignment with mission objectives and requirements.
  • Overseeing the coordination of security clearances and personnel assignments, ensuring compliance for both collateral and SCI requirements.

Qualifications
Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • Bachelors degree with fifteen (15) years of experience or Masters Degree with twelve (12) years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading data and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation and digital transformation efforts within a military environment.
  • Proven experience managing a large, dispersed workforce of 300 personnel or more.

Required Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Required Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise Knowledge & Experience:
  • Three (3) years of experience working within the SOF Enterprise and managing personnel across multiple SOF commands.
  • Three (3) years of experience engaging with various SOF Enterprise organizations, including HQ staff elements, SOF Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and SOF Service Component HQs.

Desired:
  • Experience managing a GSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) program.
  • PMP.
