Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions on an enterprise AI platform. This platform enables teams across the organization to build and scale AI-powered products through model endpoints, agent frameworks, SDKs, integrations, observability, and governance capabilities.

This is a product-first role where you will own the full lifecycle—from initial stakeholder engagement through delivery and adoption—while helping expand platform usage and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Product Lifecycle: Lead initiatives end-to-end from initial concept through delivery and adoption
  • Product Discovery: Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and research to identify opportunities and define solutions
  • Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product impact
  • Roadmap Development: Translate stakeholder needs and usage insights into actionable roadmap priorities
  • Prototype & Build: Develop demos and working solutions using AI tools (prompts, agents, workflows, integrations) to validate concepts
  • Iterate Quickly: Share work early (~70% complete) to gather feedback and refine direction
  • AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI tools, models, and technologies to guide investment decisions
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with technical and business teams across the organization
  • Executive Communication: Clearly communicate tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes
  • Operate Independently: Thrive in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
Required Skills
