Job Summary:

The AI Solutions Manager is responsible for bridging technology and operations by leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and work quality across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage AI product lifecycle and portfolio
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of all AI tools and platforms from initial evaluation through deployment, optimization, and eventual retirement.
• Manage vendor relationships with outsourced AI product providers, ensuring accountability and performance standards are met.
• Partner with leadership in the evaluation, selection, and procurement process for AI solutions, including needs assessment, vendor comparison, and business case development.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and departmental needs.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide inventory and catalog of all AI tools, tracking licenses, usage, costs, and ownership.
• Coordinate deployment of new AI tools across the organization, ensuring smooth rollout, integration with existing systems, and minimal disruption.
• Manage version updates, patches, security requirements, and ongoing maintenance of AI products in coordination with IT and security teams.
• Monitor AI tool performance, adoption rates, usage metrics, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and optimization opportunities.
• Establish renewal and retirement processes for AI tools, including data migration and transition planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with teams and individuals across the organization to understand their processes and challenges.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly cast vision on complicated processes and foster partnerships.
• Effective project management and coordination.
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
