Join us to bring the gift of health to life.This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.Key Responsibilities:AI/ML Project & Program ManagementManages end-to-end AI/ML project delivery, from planning through deployment and ongoing operations and monitoringDevelops detailed plans, sprint schedules, and coordinates resource allocations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality executionApplies agile methodologies, MLOps, and CI/CD best practices for streamlined AI/ML developmentAdheres to IT Portfolio Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance standards, collaborates with IT on vendor selection.Coordinates with IT Security, IT Resource Center, IT Business Solutions and IT Technical Solutions teams, including the Data and Analytics team for resource needs and project execution.Identifies and resolves risks, blockers, and manages dependenciesCross-Functional Team Leadership & CollaborationLeads, coordinates project resources, and enables high-performing project teams comprised of internal and external contract resources including ML and IT resourcesCommunicates effectively across disciplines, bridging business intent with technical execution, and transparent reporting on delivery, risks, and qualityTechnical Acumen & Platform OperationalizationPossesses a strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, data governance, and cloud environmentsGuides solution design, ensuring scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant platformsCollaborates with technicals teams on MLOps, automated testing, and operational excellenceStakeholder Management & Business AlignmentCommunicates and establishes strong relationships with business and product stakeholders to ensure strong strategic alignmentDefines clear success metrics and monitors KPI performance and value realization to inform continuous improvementSupports business case development and definition of scope & product requirements ensure AI solutions meet business needsSupports adoption and user enablement for delivered AI solutions, ensuring measurable business impactRisk Management & Quality AssuranceIdentifies, assesses, and mitigates AI project risks across technical, operational, ethical, and compliance domainsEnsures adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance for AI solutionsImplements governance mechanisms for ethical AI development, balancing innovation with controlExperience & Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience in program management, technical product management, AI or analytics delivery, engineering or equivalent experienceProfessional ExperienceExperience in product/program management with direct AI/ML solution deliveryTrack record of success and demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery programs across data and engineering teamsTechnical fluency in cloud & data platforms delivering projects involving Azure Data ServicesHands-on experience implementing MLOps delivery controls including CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML solutionsStrong conceptual understanding of machine learning, NLP, and emerging agent‑based AI patterns sufficient to lead delivery and partner effectively with engineering teamsFamiliarity with global privacy, access control, and regulatory complianceSupplementary certifications in AI product management, cloud platforms, or project/program management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) advantageous.Capabilities & Leadership AttributesStrong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborateExcellent communication, stakeholder and risk management skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and systems thinking skillsTechnology mindset, and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and applicationsTeam player with a collaborative approachOUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist - you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $156,000 - $260,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
