Job description

Location: Anywhere in Country

At EY, weโ€™re all in to shape your future with confidence.

Weโ€™ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity ****

Weโ€™re seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency who can operate at the intersection of client needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. This role is responsible for defining the why and what of our products while also shaping the how by partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and design; someone who can both define market-driven roadmaps and collaborate deeply with engineering on technical specs, data flows, and architecture discussions.

Youโ€™ll own the product roadmap end-to-end: from discovery, to translating requirements into detailed specifications, to guiding teams through delivery and adoption.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, user empathy, and handsโ€‘on execution.

Your key responsibilities
  • Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.

  • Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.

  • Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.

To qualify you must have
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a related field.

  • 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technologyโ€‘driven products.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).

  • Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products

Ideally, youโ€™ll also have
  • Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, SaaS, and product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems.

  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, ShapeUp).

What we offer you

At EY, weโ€™ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with worldโ€‘class experiences. Weโ€™ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams. Learn more .

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youโ€™ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Join us in our teamโ€‘led and leaderโ€‘enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

  • Under our flexible vacation policy, youโ€™ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Youโ€™ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional wellโ€‘being.

EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.
