Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

  • Experience creating highly accessible global products for mobile and desktop, and contributing to design systems.
  • Experience developing consumer-facing applications.

Join us to design new products and create delightful experiences for billions of people around the world. You will work closely with partners in Bangalore, so it may require regular early morning meetings in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
  • Design consumer experiences across surfaces like Google Search and YouTube, utilizing AI strategically to scale productivity and increase the quality of your work.
